Refund Policy

1. Refund eligibility

• Within 14 days of the original payment.
• Only unconsumed top-up balance is refundable.
• Consumed tokens, image generations, and cache reads/writes are non-refundable.
• Bonus credits are deducted proportionally. Example: top up 100 with 10 bonus, refund 50 → 5 bonus is also deducted.

2. How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] with: order number, refund amount requested, and reason.
• We acknowledge within 24 hours.
• Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment card and typically arrive in 5-10 business days.

3. Non-refundable cases

• Requests filed after the 14-day window.
• Already-consumed tokens, images, or cache operations.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for terms-of-service violations.

4. Disputes

If your refund request is denied, you may appeal by replying to [email protected].

Unresolved disputes follow the governing law clause in our Terms of Service (jurisdiction: Hong Kong).
