• Registration: email address, hashed password.
• Usage: API request logs (request body, response body, IP address, user agent, timestamp).
• Payment: processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Cookies / LocalStorage: login session tokens only.

2. Use of information

• Provide the service, calculate billing, run risk control, and offer customer support.
• Comply with applicable legal or regulatory requests.

3. Sharing

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• When you call upstream models, your request body is forwarded to the upstream provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.). Their privacy policies apply for that data.
• We may share data with regulators when required by law.

4. Storage

• Data is stored on servers located in Japan.
• API request logs are retained for 90 days, then archived.
• After account deactivation, your data is retained for audit purposes but no longer used commercially.

5. Your rights

• Access: contact [email protected] to request a copy of your data.
• Correction: most fields can be edited in your portal. Email cannot be changed; deactivate and re-register if needed (subject to deactivation rules).
• Deletion: contact [email protected]. Some data may be retained where required by law.

We use only essential cookies (login session). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
